Pelican Poseidon Paddle

I ordered this paddle. Received an undamaged box with one end of the paddle smashed and kind of quarter off. I requested a replacement from Amazon and 2 days later had a 2nd paddle. I returned the original only to find out the replacement had the same exact issue. At this point I reached out to Pelican International since this is 2 paddles that had this issue. They no longer take calls for assistance so your only option is to email. I emailed on 8-5-25. I got an immediate automated response saying they would help me resolve my problem in 3-5 business days. Fast forward to 8-18-25 and I have not heard from them. So I responded asking for any updates for assistance. As of today 8-21-25 and still no response from their customer service I decided it was time to just return this 2nd paddle for a full refund and order a different brand paddle. Customer service with Pelican is non existent. I do not recommend purchasing their product since if you need any support, you will not get any. Oh and now that I am returning for full refund they want a full 30 days to refund my money and only option is to original payment method. Can not request Amazon credit.
