Pelican Symbiosa Kayak Paddle

This kayak paddle is a game changer!! I am a fairly experienced kayaker and have been using a basic aluminum paddle for years.. I did not know what I was missing! Its incredibly lightweight and the difference when holding it in your hands is quite noticeable. Its much more efficient and will help you paddle with much less effort.. I'm also 6'1" so the 230cm paddle I was using before was too short for me.. I've been enjoying the longer adjustable length much better! The construction is solid as you'd expect from a fiberglass material.. although I wouldn't recommend using this paddle for aggressive white water kayaking.. it is designed to be a low angle touring paddle. The scuppers are also great and dont move around and keep water from running down the pole. One last thing to mention.. Be cautious removing them from the box, as I noticed one of the screws was missing. Thankfully I found it at the bottom of the box, so they do need to be tightened a bit with a philips head screwdriver once you put the poles together.
