Amazing dress and amazing customer service!!

I didn’t want to spend to much money on a wedding dress but still wanted something well made. This dress knocked it out of the park! Beautifully made, a long train that I wasn’t expecting and a perfect fit with the help of the corset back. At first I ordered the wrong size and I was able to message them and they gave me the correct size for my measurements! They were amazing and very responsive and helpful. For anyone who is interested in an awesome, quality dress this is definitely a good choice. To offer some help to those with a bigger bust like me, I am a 40G, measurements are 49 bust, 38 waist and 48 hips and the size 20W fit me perfect. The arms holes do get a little tight if I have to raise my arms but it dosnt bother me to much. Happy wedding day to all the future brides out there!

Seller extremely difficult to work with return

Dress is stunning and well worth the cost. Just be absolutely, 100% sure you want this dress. It is insanely difficult to work with this seller. I have emailed 15 times and get the same email back concerning return. They use China Post return label. Post office could not accept. Requested a US address. I attempted to return dress to a U.S. address. I paid for insurance, signature on arrival, tracking, they refused package. Meaning no return, no refund from seller. Thanks for Amazon’s A-Z policy item was covered.
