Ankle Boot

These are classy as can be and will be very versatile--jeans, leggings, maxi to mini dresses, casual to semi-dressy. I was looking for something for travel, so lots of walking but trying to pack light. The leather is super-soft--hard to find today. I normally wear a size 6 but the 6-6.5 is so roomy that I subsequently sent for a 5-5.5 which still allows room for a cushioned sock, although I wish the toe box height had just a bit more room. As others have noted, because it's a platform sole, it has the look of heels without the pitch, which makes them far more versatile, but also--importantly--stable and easier on the foot than heels. I think these are a keeper.
