Tough build, but wonderful to ride.
By Christopher on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2021
Finished assembling the bike and took it for a short hop. So far, I am impressed with how pleasant it is to ride. I was looking for something I could use to commute, and didn't want to use the family mountain bike due to my height requiring a substantial forward lean which lead to neck strain while riding. With this bike, however, you sit upright with your feet slightly forward. This naturally means more air resistance, but also means it's far easier on your back and neck and makes for a far more scenic ride. Combine that with a wide saddle and handlebars and it feels like something you could ride for hours. Fair warning to any would-be buyers, though, it's not an easy build. The fenders are the worst culprit, as the support wires generally need some finagling to get aligned so the fender is centered and doesn't risk rubbing the wheel. Everything else on the bike seems pretty study, including the rack, though it takes a lot of time and energy to put it all on. You should be prepared with proper tools and some grease, though. On mine, the brake cables were too tight and the brake arms needed to be removed, greased, and then reinstalled with the springs one notch looser so that they moved smoothly. The included multi-tool and hex wrenches are acceptable, but not ideal, so having your own tools for tightening bolts and getting the thing adjusted is a good idea. All that being said, if you're willing to put in the elbow grease, the bike feels like a very solid product and now that the hard part is over, I'm quite happy with how things are looking. I'll update this if anything changes over the next few weeks as I take the thing out to run it through it's paces. UPDATE: It has now been a few weeks of commuting to work, and so far there have been no major problems. The 2 criticisms I have are that 1) the cables are run through the frame, which means they bounce around and clang over bumps, which isn't a problem as much as a nuisance, and 2) I developed creaky crank syndrome recently and had to pull, grease, and reinstall the arms. Yet another instance of poor attention to detail on the part of the manufacturer, but not a huge issue. If you're not one for DIY maintenance, though, it's mean you either cope with the creak, or make yet another visit to the bike shop to have them fix it. All that being said, the bike is still incredibly comfortable to ride. I've been able to consistently male the 5-mile ride to and from work almost every day with no sore butt or legs. Additionally, having the step-through frame makes it a cinch to mount and dismount even with bags on the rear. Since I work grocery, I usually bungee my lunch on top and have bought a pair of fold-out baskets to carry any groceries I need for the day, so I regularly have stuff strapped to the rear. So really I think I can comfortably stick with my original assessment of "takes some elbow grease, but ultimately a good buy"

DO NOT BUY - CAUTION - ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
By Vasantkumar G Patel on Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2021
DO NOT BUY FROM SIXTHREEZERO, CAUTION, ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT I was so happy to order my first ever SixThreeZero bicycle and when it arrived I had some difficulty putting it together. When I was done I found that quick release screwer was not fitting properly and staying loose due to plastic material cap. I reached out to customer support at SixThreeZero asking for replacement clearly mentioning that part is loose but no part is missing. Marry from SixThreeZero replied politely asking for Amazon receipt and bicycle serial number which you need to find on bicycle and not easy to find. I complied. Next Marry said now I need picture of part which is loose. I complied. Next she asked for video of part and I complied. Next she Asked me to remove part and send it's picture and I complied. And then below reply came "One of the reasons why the quick-release skewer is loose is if a part of it is missing. We'd be glad to send a replacement if it is needed. However, based on our mechanic's assessment from the photo and the video that you sent, the parts of the quick-release skewer is complete, and it only needs to be used properly. Kindly follow the video below." After spending 23 emails back and forth and so many days their response is part is not missing. Which I told them at the beginning. So I said I have to return this bicycle if you don't provide replacement. And they said you can return your bicycle if you want to but we can not provide you any replacement. So I complied with her last request of returning my bicycle and getting refund as well. Be Cautious, DO NOT BUY FROM SixThreeZero.
