Finally my perfect travel mug!

My first review in ages! I tend to collect coffee and tea cups throughout my adult life Hahaa. I am very picky. So for nearly a few decades, I have always brought my own mug to coffee shops, Farmers Markets and other for tea or espresso. Often I use my own favourite cup from home since I usually prefer it to travel mugs. I have to say this is one of the best traveling mugs this far by far for many reason's but I’ll stick to the functional parts for now! Easy to handle in the car and fits in the coffee cup holder! It’s nice with a thin corked siding along the inside of the handle too. Of course it keeps the drink warm or cool. The lid is tight too so never a spill! I like to see what I’m drinking for the best enjoyment Hahaa so I rarely use the lid but I have it should I change my mind! Not only have I sent one to a fellow coffee drinker but I plan to take mine to Europe for Plein Air painting too! Cheers!

Not comfortable on lips

Good quality, closes tight but its not comfortable to drink from. The lid's mechanism for sealing has a bump on the side where your lips touch the lid. Quite uncomfortable! Most lid sealers only have a bump on the opposite side so you can slide the mechanism open/close. This slide has a bump on both ends. I would also prefer if the lid had the topside sloping down instead being level. On that type of mug, it is easier to get the coffee without dripping.
