Built tough and great for limited space
By Steven C Breyak on Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2025
First, be sure to talk to a doctor or PT before using a device like this for an injury. Depending on where you are in your healing, this can be either a curse or a godsend. A year ago I couldn't sit down, could barely walk, and couldn't sleep for more than 4 hours at a time due to a herniated s1 disc. I'm much better now thanks to physical therapy, doing the assigned exercises and this inversion table. Pros: well built, sturdy, ankle pads are comfortable compared to other tables I've used; doesn't take up as much space as you'd expect; one of the few that will get you fully inverted Cons: it does take up some space and though it folds easily, it is heavy to move when injured (though with help it fits easily against a wall (don't put it against a wall if you have young kids) or under a bed) One of the best purchases I've made. The best for my recovery.

We never use it
By Patricia on Reviewed in the United States on August 1, 2024
There is nothing wrong with it. It's safe and made well. We just never used it. It's sort of awkward. We did have a few laughs trying it out. It was a lot of money though. You think you'll lay upsidedown to relieve back pain but the reality is you probably won't. So really consider it before you invest.
