So easy to use

Had knee surgery and didn't come out good. Been using this for about a month and is really helping to strengthen leg muscles without causing pain to the rest of my body. Supports me balance wise while using it. Also small and compact not taking up much room when left up. One of the best pieces of equipment I have bought to date.

Cheap plastic not worth your money

If you weight more than an 140 lbs this machine not for u. It so light weight that if you try to use bar to pull up on it lifts the entire machine. The counter cheap plastic device. I got sick and when I was finally able to use it- I was seriously disappointed.
