These are so much fun! Spend a couple more dollars and get the supreme. Softer pillow and I like it a bit larger. Enjoy!

Zipper broke in less than 20 min.
By Aimee Joyner on Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2021
Sat in it like a chair for about 20 minutes until the zipper broke. The blowup float that goes in the zipper will not fit back in all the way now. I purchased a less expensive one that doesn’t have a zipper that works the exact same and isn’t as difficult to put more air in. Not very impressed at all with the quality and price of this one vs the less expensive one. Just wish it was better quality and we could just replace the zipper.

I love to take my pool floats on trips to both the beach and hotel pools and this hammock is by far my favorite. Not too large to pack - sturdy - withstands kids use and adults. And you only inflate the ends so time saving and lung saver!! Winter vacay here we come! Quick ship - perfect condition - and I have not found a better price anywhere! Oh - and it is great for people of all sizes and shaper s to get on and off safely!
Great for taller people and it’s super soft and easy to set up

This float is very packable (we to it on our trip to Barbados). Or pumps up easily and the blow up pillow is easy to insert into the pillow pocket. The fabric is soft and nice to the touch. It’s easy to get on and off but I would say it’s for taller people. It’s too big for my 5’1” frame but prefer for my husband. I wish they made a regular sized one from the same company made exactly like this just shorter net size.
Great floats.

I am so happy with these. I had cheaper ones that were all plastic and would get hot in the sun and sticky. The fabric on these is sturdy and comfortable.
All the 4-in-1 Versions Explained

There are 5 types of 4-in-1 Monterey Hammock: The basic one is just called the “Monterey hammock”, then there’s the “Monterey hammock XL,” the “deluxe Monterey hammock” the “Monterey hammock supreme” and the “Monterey hammock supreme XL” The 2 main differences between all the models is the material the pillows are made of and their length. The pillows of the basic Monterey hammock are made of vinyl (the material that feels like plastic). The deluxe and supreme versions are made with cloth pillow cases on each end, and the cloth pillow cases are filled with a separate vinyl pillow that blow up and are zipped up inside of the cloth outer covering. I prefer the cloth outer covering of the deluxe and supreme models because it’s less slippery when it’s wet than the vinyl on the basic model. It’s more comfortable to lay on, and it looks and feels less cheap. Also, if the pillows in the deluxe or supreme versions pop, you can get some alternative replacement to put inside the zippered pillow case, but with the basic version, if the pillows pop, you have to replace the whole unit. Now, you might think the deluxe and supreme are the same, and they basically are. The 2 differences, from what I can tell, is that the deluxe version comes with a carry bag and the supreme does not. But, the deluxe only comes in regular length, and the supreme comes in a regular length and an XL. Speaking of length, the length is also different for each version. The basic version is 44” long. The deluxe version is 47” long, and the supreme version is 53” long. As for the XL versions, the basic XL is 50”, the deluxe XL doesn’t exist as far as I can tell, and the supreme XL is 53” (same length as the regular length supreme). I’m 5’4” tall and purchased the supreme XL. It’s very comfortable to lay on, the pillow sits just under my knees and let my calves and feet drape over the edge. It’s a very comfortable float for me. I had someone who is 6’4” try it, and while his legs hang in the water, he was also very comfortable. I personally would not have liked a shorter version. I also like that the supreme version has the cloth zippered pillow cases because I think it’s more comfortable than the slippery feel of the vinyl. However, if you don’t care about the feel, and you don’t mind losing length, then you can save money by buying one of the basic versions. The regular length Monterey hammock is 9” shorter than the supreme XL, and $10 cheaper. The Monterey hammock XL is 3” shorter than the supreme XL, and $5 cheaper. I personally think the $10 extra dollars is worth having the cloth pillows and the extra length.

We were looking for swim floats to take for a weekend at the lake with various ages of adults. We ended up ordering 3 different floats of this style. They did NOT disappoint! I'm so glad we chose these. These floats gave us options for how we wanted to enjoy our time in the water, unlike others that really only work in a single way. We could sit sideways with an arm on each float. We could straddle it with a float in front and a float in back. Or we could lay back with a float under our head and another under our knees, feet dangling in the water. They were easy to transport, easy to inflate, easy to dry off when done using. We did make sure to bring a inflator with us, which was very helpful. It was quick and easy to get these ready and into the water. We really enjoyed using them.

I love the material that's used on the pillow portions. It keeps the floatie feeling nice and cool which is great for the super hot days! It's also a really long and wide! I'm 5'11" and about 260lbs and it was almost too big for even me! 😅 but I love all the extra room and it supports me well. Definitely superior to all of the other brands I've bought in the past.

Husband is 6'2" and feels more comfortable on a shorter one. Quality is fantastic though. The cloth so much more comfortable than plastic. Handle makes for nice co-drifting / towing.

We love this float for when you want to be in the water but not active. It is so relaxing to sit and float around while still cooling off in the water.
