Love my wheels!
By Susan on Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2023
I bought this hoping it would make my half mile daily treck to the bus stop a little easier on my aging body (I'm 56) and I am not disappointed. In fact, it's been great exercise for toning my hip and knee muscles, and my hip pain is pretty much gone. It's also light and easy to carry on and off the bus. It's sturdy, as long as you use the included hex keys from time to time. The #1 question I get is about balance, and I tell them all it balances itself. It really does, and rides smooth, even when I've loaded myself up with 30 lbs of groceries! I've been riding it nearly every day for 8 months now and I still love it. So much better than walking, plus it's actually fun. Totally worth every penny and more.

Do not give this company your money
By Kindle Customer on Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2021
I bought this for my son for Christmas and within 4 months the handlebars broke, leaving it unusable. I contacted support and was told to send in pictures of the unit and a sticker that wasn't on the scooter. They finally were able to tell me I needed to buy the replacement part. I paid $10 and when it came there were no instructions as to how to fix the piece. I looked online for a picture of the piece and what I found was not useful. I then emailed support and asked for instructions and/or a video and received an email stating, "We, unfortunately, do not have instructions or video to provide. You can send the unit in for repair to us or take it to a local bike shop." There was no acknowledgement that this would cost me money on top of the purchase or the money spent to get the piece for something that had been used for less than 4 months. After some digging, I was able to find a phone number and after waiting quite a while, spoke to someone. After explaining 2/3 of the issue the customer service rep interrupted me to say they post a disclaimer about repairs, and that I should watch a youtube video. I replied that when I emailed asking for a video I was told none existed, and that sending a link to a relevant video would have been helpful. The customer service rep then said there were no videos -- (me- HUH, but you just said???). I was then cut off so I called back. I had to wait even longer to be connected to a person - I'm guessing I'm not the only person with faulty parts and lack of good customer service. That person heard my story and said in a voice that was more bored with me than my teen agers that I'd have to send the unit to them for repair in Indiana. I asked if in fact he was telling me that I had to pay money to send a 12 lb item that has only seen 4 months use to them for what I'm sure is a simple repair for which I just need clear instructions? He asked what item I had and I said I didn't know, but as I was pulling up my email to get him some information he rudely said, "I can't tell you if I don't know what we're looking at." I calmly asked him if the case number for the customer service ticket would help and he grudgingly took it. I was then cut off again. I've checked to see if there was any language in the email exchange about disclaimers for repair parts and the exchanges were minimal at best and included no disclaimers. I've gone on the website and they only offer a 90 day warranty. I'd say that's just about when we started experiencing issues with the unit. If you are still considering giving them your money, read the warranty closely. Essentially it says they don't stand by their products. Too bad, because for 90 days my son really liked his scooter.
