Good product
By Corey on Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2024
I am leaving a review because there are not many reviews on this product. I just got this treadmill desk last week. I have the Lifespan I obtained on the used market and have been trying to find another for 6 months. It seems unavailable so I bought this one. The assembly was ok. It was a little tricky getting the bar to go across under the desk -- so both sides of the desk would go up and down together -- but figured that out eventually. I walk at 2 mph while working and that was fine. I put a pad under the back legs to even it out. The plastic in the back cracked in shipping but it is just on the side and not affecting anything. The unit is quiet. The desk is big enough for books, mouse, and drink. Given that this product was only 700 dollars versus 1000 I paid for a used Lifespan, I am very happy with it. I had the same experience on both. A treadmill desk is so helpful. Thanks for a good product.

Broken Running Board/2 Yrs Later, Replacement HasBroken Frame
By Amazon Customer on Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2022
After a year and a half, the running board completely cracked ... WHILE I was jogging! It was hard to get a good picture because I had to lift the belt as much as I can. To give context, I'm an on again off again jogger. When I'm "on" I will use the treadmill 3-4 times a week running about 3 miles at a time. Otherwise when I'm "off" the treadmill can go weeks without being used. So, I'd say for the year and a half I had it, I probably used it, at most, 50% of the time. I was honestly very pleased with my purchase until last week. I am under the weight capacity (170lbs), I oiled and maintained the unit per the manual guidelines, and I'd say with >50% usage, that it's been lightly used over the last year and a half. It's under the manufacture warranty and customer service has been very helpful and offered to send a new treadmill if I pay for shipping, however, it kind of scares me to even use the product again. And in a year and a half or sooner, will I run into the same issue? Not to mention I have to get this old one hauled away now ... UPDATE: The company sent me a new treadmill but I did have to pay for shipping. 8 months after getting the new treadmill it became abnormally LOUD. I had to troubleshoot the treadmill myself (with the help of customer service) .. but that literally required me to disassemble and reassemble a 115lb treadmill on my own replacing parts that the company would send me. First they told me it's not the motor so they sent me a new roller that took hours for me to replace because of how heavy the item was. It did not help the noise so they, then, wanted to send me a new motor which I declined because I did not want to go through disassembling the treadmill again. 1.5 years after this, the frame broke! I rarely ever folded and stored the treadmill away, but the leg still bent to the point of it eventually cracking off. I emailed customer service and they told me the 3 year structural warranty does not apply to the new treadmill, my warranty rolled over from the original purchase date. To me, that does not make sense ... it's a completely different unit! They would not help me besides sending me a 15% off coupon to purchase a new product. No thanks. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS! They are not built to last and apparently the warranty is only good for your original purchase!
