Sunny Health & Fitness Folding Electric Treadmill

I purchased this treadmill, and I was satisfied with its performance while it worked. The treadmill itself is somewhat sturdy, provides a smooth running surface, and offers some useful features that greatly enhanced my workouts. However, I am disappointed with the support by the Manufacturer to resolve an issue that most reviewers are having (broken Deck). Unfortunately, after a few months of use, the treadmill's deck broke while still under warranty. This was unexpected, but I thought the situation would be quickly resolved since I was within the warranty period. Regrettably, Sunny's customer support has been dragging its feet in providing the replacement part they promised. It has been over a month since the last update on my warranty status, and I was informed that the broken part was on order. However, there is still no estimated time of arrival (ETA). This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating, as it leaves me uncertain about when my treadmill will be fully functional again. Moreover, when I reached out to Sunny for further assistance, they seemed unwilling to go the extra mile to resolve the issue promptly. This is disappointing, as I expected better customer service, especially when dealing with a warranty claim. Despite the negative experience with Sunny's customer support, I cannot overlook the performance of the treadmill itself. The machine has helped me maintain my fitness routine and achieve my exercise goals over a 5-month period.
