Durable and effective

Excellent product! Works as it should. Holds air. Comes with a very basic pump which did the job well. Has helped me with my PT and ongoing exercise program. Purchased 15 months ago and still working well.

Unreliable sizing

I ordered a L ball for my office desk and it fell short of the promised 65cm once fully inflated (after allowing for some sag with first inflation, I added more air on day 2), so I figured I'd keep it as an exercise ball for home and ordered a second ball, this time XL/75cm. Upon inflating the XL ball today, however, I am disappointed to see that it is the same size as the L once inflated. I'm receiving a free "replacement" in a few days but I suspect this will result in me being the proud owner of 3 balls that are all too small for my desk... updates to come.
