Pouch is a good size to hold all the basics for self-aid/buddy aid. The rip off ability is a nice touch if you decide to carry your medical stuff on the rear of your vest. I wear mine in the front and it doesn’t obstruct my movement

Flimsy, not durable

It wa the right size and was able to fit anything I needed with me.However, the construction is quite flimsy, especially for a "Tactical RIP Away" product. Therefore I adjusted by limiting load and placing it to on my belt to reduce damage.I'm living low OP-Tempo and I expected this to survive and withstand the rigors or everyday life, in and out of cars, carrying hand sanitizer and limited first said items for my children having accidents.Long story short, there is a hole on it, as seen in my attached pictures. I am returning this.
