Great Mountain Bike optics
By me on Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2019
I was apprehensive about the lens color and fit of the glasses since I didn't have the opportunity to try them on. However, I am really happy with these. I have had several pairs of Oakleys over many years. The quality is on par with what you would expect. Fit and finish are good. The hard case and bag are nice to have.On to the functionality. I bought these for mountain biking. The visibility through the lens is clear and the field of view is really open. I didn't notice the frame interfering with my FOV at all. The color of the prism trail lens really gives good contrast for trail features.I prefer gravity vs cross country and ride rough trails. One of the most annoying things with glasses is when they juggle and slide requiring constant readjustment. These don't suffer from that problem at all. They stayed put on rough downhills and let me keep my hands on the handlebars. The ventilation was really good even without using the advancer. The advancer is nice but I didn't find it a necessity. When the advancer was engaged, airflow was greatly improved and the glasses still get securely.I would definitely recommend these and would buy again if I lost them tomorrow!

Awkward fitting frames
By CCCL350 on Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2021
I really like Oakley's Prism lens technology, and have those lenses in several other pairs in different tints. So if your looking for sharp contrast and reduced glare, then Oakley lenses are among the best.Despite the good lens technology, the frame design is horrible. At $300 bucks, you would think that these would be well rounded glasses that could be used for more than cycling, but nah. They are probably the least ergo frames Oakley has for cycling, and are just too douchey for normal everyday use like driving. These frames have a little too much pizazz for my taste. The radical design seems more for the Finger Finger Death Punch and bro truck type of crowd. These arent the type of frames you want to sweat in or wear helmets with. The reason for the 2 stars is because they are bulky, small, uncomfortable, and overpriced. The very stupid nose "vent" design is useless. It does nothing at all to vent out fog. It just makes the frames fit weird on your face and adds unnecessary weight and bulk.
