Best customer service/Great product!

This product is durable and works well. My Dad loves to fish and now he can stay warm and be outside even longer. Everything works well. At first I only received the battery and I had figured maybe it didn’t come with the charger. Well customer service ended up reaching out to me about the charger and they sent me one! I didn’t even ask them. It was the best customer service ever! Usually the customer initiates the conversation. They deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you.

Phone charging port defective

I wanted an extra battery for my vest because the battery life is pretty short on the highest setting. This extra battery works fine in the vest but the phone charging port doesn’t work at all. Disappointing.
