Exerpeutic Bluetooth Under Desk Bike

I bought this so that I could place it under my desk and try to build some additional exercise into my day. My goal was to use it while I did other work. It has met every expectation. Here is what I like about it. First, it is easy to assemble. Took me less than ten minutes with the provided tools. Really, you are just screwing in the pedals. Second, it is extremely quiet, so it won't disturb anyone. Third, I find that putting it under my desk and pedaling at a low (10-15 miles per hour) pace allows me to focus on other work while I pedal. I can write emails, read reports, carry on phone conversations, draft memos. In fact, I think this sort of low level exercise probably improves thinking. Fourth, the ability to hook the caster of your office chair into the hook on the machine is invaluable. The few times I tried to skip that step, I found my chair moving. Fifth, it really helps me get some exercise. I find that I'm averaging 20 miles a day with really hardly any effort at all. That's a lot of additional exercise! It's solidly made. Finally, the bluetooth capability is very nice in that you can then track your total miles. The "MyCloudFitness" app is very basic, but all I want it to do is keep track of my miles (it also tracks time and calories), and it does that just fine. You can see your progress over the week, so that is encouraging. Overall, this is an excellent product. I highly recommend it!
