Works well for lymph, muscle...

I purchased our LifePro vibe plate almost 4 years ago & it still works like new! I usually use it a few times per week (give or take). It helps me greatly with muscle tone, lymph flow (for lymphedema), vascular flow, venous flow (venous insufficiency), etc. I love using it while watching a show or YouTube how-to videos :). It is easy to use, though not light. If I had a spot for it I would just leave it out, but with kids & dogs I keep it in a cabinet so nobody trips over it. I have recommended this vibe plate to many other people. I am impressed with the LifePro warranty & quality build of their products. I WOULD purchase it again!

Great for health but product reliability isn’t amazing.

I have used this every day for a year. It’s amazing at lymph drainage, muscle and skin get tighter and it’s literally the only thing that makes me sleep (life long insomniac). That said, the machine itself is loud. In the last few months it rattles like crazy and could wake the whole house if I step off of it. I’m going to upgrade to another plate from another company and see if it lasts longer. For reference, I’m 5’7” and 120 pounds.
