These are good enough and I'm not going to throw them out or anything, but I wouldn't buy them again or recommend. Here's why: 1. They ride up your leg. The problem here is there is no elastic at the cuff, just a hem and a pretty big opening. Ride-up isn't a problem if you tuck the ends into your socks, but this is a three-handed job because when you bend your knee to reach the cuff scoots up. I much prefer the elastic cuffs on my other pair where tucking into your socks is basically automatic. 2. Not that warm. These are billed as "midweight", I would call them lightweight. They definitely are warmer than nothing, but if you're inside and not moving around much they don't quite get it done. 3. Waist elastic folds over. Not sure if this is because the waist elastic is wide or not specially constructed to be fold-over resistant or what, but I have to keep the waist elastic low on my hips to keep it from folding over. Anyway, like I say, disappointing and I wouldn't do it again or recommend.
