Thermacell Mosquito Repellent LED Camping Lantern

I have 2 other Thermacells, one personal/small one, and another table top. Those work fine, they are very hard to see that they are lit but they work. I bought this one for a family member while visiting their house out of state and it took until our last day of a weeks' worth of travel to show up, When it did, it was a complete disappointment, the bottom battery door can't stay closed and requires tape to keep the batteries inside the unit. The construction of the lantern feels very cheap and fragile, not at all happy with this model. The on/off switch on the top feels like it is going to fall apart and is brand new, I would never trust this to be used on a camping or hunting trip, much less carefully sitting in a backyard porch, it is not going to be rugged enough to last one season, guaranteed. Very disappointed in Thermacell for putting out this shoddy version of their products.I would have returned it already but this was a gift to my inlaws who do not have a computer or printer and cannot easily process a return. Now they're stuck with it until it finally falls apart completely.
