Connective Tissue Workouts

I like the exercises. I do not like her style. She does no count reps and almost never has an even count of reps for both sides of the body. She goes on and on about how many people cannot do one exercise or another, but never fails to mention how flexible she, herself, is! She needs to stop talking except to give directions and focus on counting. form, and doing both sides the same. Sometimes she does an exercise on just one side because she is so busy yakking and not paying attention to the exercise itself. She needs to focus on the exercise, which is what we pay for, and forget the anecdotes, etc. I am a long time user of exercise videos, and she is the only one who operates this way. All of her videos are like this.
