Great customer service

This treadmill is really nice for under my work at home desk. I did have some issues with the remote (now resolved). One thing is for certain... the customer service has been top notch all the way.

The walking belt is loosed and made a weird noise. While walking, the loosing belt made me slip more than 5 times in 30 mns walk. The holder saved me from the fall.
