Great customer service

This treadmill is really nice for under my work at home desk. I did have some issues with the remote (now resolved). One thing is for certain... the customer service has been top notch all the way.

Would not recommend

Would definitely not recommend. The remote does not work well and is very inconsistent, which is a big issue as the treadmill depends on the remote to increase and decrease the speed. While running or walking at a fast speed, it is essential to have a working remote to decrease the speed. This is indeed a safety issue. A replacement remote and technical support were both unable to solve this problem. Please be cautious in purchasing this product. There are some areas of this machine that still need correction.
