SereneLife Smart Digital Foldable Treadmill

I like this treadmill more than I thought I would, but mostly because of the customer service I received from the manufacturer and the versatility of the machine itself.I did have an issue with the machine that I ordered that was a bit frustrating. The remote control would not communicate with the treadmill (or the tredmill wouldn't receive communications from remote) even after receiving a complimentary replacement remote from both Amazon and the manufacturer. To be honest I found the quality of the remote itself lacking, however, the comment from the manufacturer to make good on the problem was a pleasant surprise. They went above and beyond to make sure that the tredmill in the end worked how I expected. After spending some time with me trouble shooting over the phone, they shipped me out a replacement remote. When that didn't work they shpped out a brand new tredmill at no cost to me. The replacement arrived very quickly... within a day or two.The tredmill itself works well, though I still find the automatic speed function a little difficult to use at times. What I like most is its versatility. I use the tredmill most every day and find it plenty sturdy enough for my 220+ lbs frame to run or walk on with out any noticeable flex in the platform. The design also lends itself well to use at a desk, which is where i ultimately decided to use it while I am working.Even after having the small issue initially, I wouldn't hesitate to order again knowing that the customer service from the manufacturer is pretty darn good. Ultimately, I am very happy with the purchase.
