VOYAGER Offroad Electric Hoverboard

The app will not allow you to switch between beginner, intermediate, or advanced modes, and as far as I can tell there is no way to manually switch on the board itself. For as much as this board costs, I had hoped that their customer service would be helpful. I have tried to get them to help me for 3 days. The emails back keep saying "when writing back to us, please include the text of all previous correspondence. This will help us assist you better." But they won't actually answer any questions. I also reached out to them on Facebook to try to get help changing the settings. No one has helped me. It does seem to work when connected to an android phone, so if you don't have an iPhone this is probably a good buy, but do not buy if you have an iPhone and want to change the settings. When contacting customer service for a manual they said there was not a manual available. Additionally, the fenders are plastic and when you dismount the board, the board flips over and cracks the plastic fenders. We have driven the board for a few days and both fenders are already broken off.
