Unfortunately there are no bungee exercise classes near me, so I was beyond thrilled to find that I could purchase my own equipment! My husband installed it in the garage for me, and I love it! It helps me get a great workout without putting stress on my knees and feet.

Not for regular height of ceiling!

The product seems to be well made. However, it doesn't work for a regular height ceiling of 8 ft. It is too long whatever you tried to shorten it. It would be great if there is some kind of "hook or holder" to hold the middle of the bungee rope in order to shorten it. I've seen it in a video on youtube that a gym shortened the bungee, but I have no idea how they did it. In addition, the harness has only one "loop" on the back. It would be better if there is extra two "loops" on the each side, like some of the climber harness, such that you can add stability for the bungee by hooking these two "loops".
