It's ok

Bought this to make ground meat jerky. I have plenty of recipes for seasoning whole meat jerky. It works, but be prepared to add other spices to flavor the meat. On it's own it is bland, at least to my taste. Even when I added other flavorings it was not up to what I thought was tasty, but will work on that.
