It was fast to get here and works like it is supposed to. You can’t ask for much better than that.

Awesome product but failed the "comfortable" test.

I'm an avid archer. I shoot daily either in the morning or evening. I've now owned the tru-fire caliper "patriot" modle for over 2 years and loved it, so when I saw this I thought that it was quite a deal!I went to sportsmans warehouse to price check and such and saw the hardcore max which I could feel the wrist band. It was very soft and plush. The camo verso was behind a plastic cover so I assumed that it was the same type strap for the packaging was nearly identical. This is not the case. The construction of the band is very nice with stiff leather that I'm sure would break in after reptitive use but I don't want my shot groups to suffer while I brake in a over 100 dollar hook release, after all... the reason we buy expensive is to try and avoid just this I'm mentioning. To continue; the felt backing which is swen on is quite rough, which surprised me at first considering how comfortable the old modle from the Patriot was with the velcro strap. This brings me to the next point- the strapThe strap is pretty awesome except for the end. Why there is a 2 inch section of elastic on a band that has plenty of holes to set so you can slip it on and off is beyond me. If I was to keep this produce I would surely either cut it off or shorten it a ton.I tried to give this the reasonable beyond doubt try out so I wore it around the house for about an hour and found it was pretty uncomfortable. Even though the ability to fold back the trigger is awesome, the band is rather rough against skin. The actual usage and trigger and abilities of the mechanism all together for function I give a full 5 start +. It's amazing. Grouping shows instant improovement. But I still returned for the next modle up the hardcore max.If you're willing to work the leather and such this is an amazing buy for you. I however wanted more comfort for the price even at a bargen. Hence why I went with the max, nearly identical price but the better of the 2.Hope this helps
