Decent bat for the price.

It's a little big for my skinny 7y/o, he really has to choke up on it and work on his timing as he was just behind the ball. Not sure if that's due to the length or the big barrel. That being said, he has really popped some good ones and made the outfielders play chase, as well as making several infielders duck. No dents or cracks and we're nearly done with its first season. With the leagues going back and forth between USA Baseball and USSSA it's tough to go out and drop $100+ on a bat for these little fellas. Our summer comp team only allows USSSA. I think next year for rec league he'll really get this bat moving (unless they change the bat rules again!) Will update if anything worth updating on.

Nice bat but weight not centered

Bat itself is very nice. Looks good. Comfortable grip. I would imagine if you can make contact with the ball it would be hit hard. However, the bat weight did not seem centered and all on the end of the bat, making it difficult for 7 year old to have a level swing. Returned and going with a 2 1/4 barrel in order to have a level swing.
