Gyroor Warrior 8.5 inch Hoverboard

I purchased this Gyroor Warrior 8.5 inch for my 12 yrs old daughter and it has exceeded our expectations, she already loving it and she already know how to ride it. Super high quality! This Hoverboard has Bluetooth for music and it woks great! The Hoverboard offers excellent balance and boosts a long lasting battery life, which allows for extended fun of the kiddos without interruptions. The product was easy to use it appears to be sturdy and holds a charge for continues use for atleast 3 hours. The large tire provide great smooth & stability that looks very safe to me, The product was easy to use right out of the box with clear start-up instructions. The colored lights area are nice added feature attractiveness and safety, The ability stream music is absolutely thrilled and fun for my 12 yrs old. It's a good value for the price. It's very easy to set up and charge as shown in the instructions, The lights are pretty bright and can be seen from quite ways away in the dark or even in light day. I would highly recommend this Hoverboard to anyone looking for reliable, durable, and fun ride!

I purchased the G2 for my son for Christmas on Amazon Deal Days. Christmas Day comes and it’s opened, charged, and connected to the app. First let me express that the need for an app to be able to use the G2 is absolutely ridiculous. It should be an option, not mandatory. The ability to lower the top speed could come in handy for new users. Making a connection between the board and cell for the ability to use the speaker makes sense for a connection. But to not be able to just hop on and go is something I find to be obnoxious and unnecessary. Picture this. My son’s big Christmas gift is finally ready for the first ride. Excitement has built up not only for him but for me! We live in a rural area so we wanted to get a board he could use around the yard. I was excited to see the $400 piece of equipment in action! Initial try was horrendous. The story will be too long so let me list some of the highlights of our imminent disappointment. -Entire left side did not produce forward momentum, unbeknownst to us. My son gets on for the first ride and does a slight lean to go forward. Slow circles. Okay.. maybe it’s user error. “Try to lean forward more” as I say thinking my son is just favoring one side. NOPE. He sure does speed up the circles though! At this point my husband and I are laughing with our arms out making human shields trying to predict where he inevitably will be thrown off. We missed. -Connection between the app and board is exactly what you would not want it to be if you can actually get it to connect. App says Bluetooth is off when it is not. So you have to try 3-4 times before it actually connects. -The app randomly disconnects for no apparent reason. -The app says board is in motion when it is not. Frustration really kicks in after the board has beeped for the 97th and you just want to turn the board off. Can’t turn it off in the app because “it’s in motion” while stationary. Can’t manually shut the board off because when you hit the power button it just beeps again. Hold the power button down and it is supposed to reset it. Nope! Just causes the board to beep more. -The metal on the left side wheel heats up to such a temp I put the board outside at one point. Burn the skin type of temp, no. But hot to the touch, yes. Did not want to risk it continuing its shenanigans and get too hot and either burn us or catch fire. -The “self balance” option does exactly the opposite. It springs the split board on either side in opposite directions. But not every time. Sometimes it would work. Like when my son was on an attempt to ride, it levels, he gets on, and proceeds to go forward. FINALLY, we thought! It goes forward a few feet and left side decides to stop instantly swinging my son into a quick 360 before he jumped off. -When board is on and ready for use sometimes you put one foot on and it’s like you’re holding the clutch attempting a burnout in the living room. I do not recommend trying to jump on if this happens. It does not mean you need to get on quicker.. -The “fault detection” system test says everything is in perfect working order. I beg to differ. Now, let me share my experience with GYROOR customer service. When trying to reach them your only options are email or contacting them through Facebook messenger. I chose messenger. I reach out tell them what is going on and send videos. They respond with this. “Hello Courtney, Happy New Year! Sorry for the late reply. Yes, we received your videos.” “Sorry for the inconvenience, I've forwarded you to the Amazon service, and someone will follow up for you later. Thank you.” To which I responded in confusion asking how I would be forward if they have none of my information. I also asked for further explanation as to what a “follow up” will entail. I’m still waiting on a reply. All in all this was such a dreadful experience. The window to return was in November. I purchased this as a gift for Christmas in October. Had I thought a (without discount from Deal Days market price is a couple hundred more!) $400 hoverboard needed to be checked I would have. But considering you can buy them for like $60 at Walmart I assumed quality didn’t have to be questioned. I was sorely mistaken.
