Great mattress and EXCEPTIONAL customer service!

For me, one primary reason to choose a product is to find a company that will not only stand behind their warranty but make sure that in the end the CUSTOMER is their most important investment. ETEKCITY is bar none one of the best customer driven companies I have ever worked with. This is not only a great mattess but a great company! You will read reviews that talk about seams leaking. Yes that did happen to me after 6 months of daily use. BUT... I called Etekcity and they sent out a replacement within 5 min of the call and it arrived in three days to my door. The mattress is firm and easy to set up. Holds air extremely well. I have been using it as a primary mattess now for the past 8 months at a small place I have as I finish my documentary film edit. Its easy to pack, easy to set up, and very comfortable. Make sure and register with Etekcity for their extended warranty. Best buy for this type of mattress on the market!

Faceplate smashed when folding mattress

The inflator faceplate smashed into a thousand pieces when folding up the mattress, so this is useless now. Got to use it twice. Garbage.
