This is an awesome product for the price. I was amazed at how easy and quick it was to assemble. I wanted something that could provide a full body workout and this rower is perfect for that. Great for a quick workout!

but I think buckle straps might work better. Also

Expect to spend about 1 hour setting up the unit for the first time. Instructions were clear, but they washers and screws on the shrink wrap package are not labelled in similar fashion to instruction book, so take your time in familiarizing yourself with hardware and instructions.My biggest issue is that the Velcro straps don't keep you feel in place. It might be due to how small the foot pedals are, but I think buckle straps might work better.Also, there are not instructions included on how to properly use equipment. I suggest you searcch YouTube of a couple of free videos on proper posture, grip, and use of any rowing machine.
