Joy for our kids, but also for us as we watch them giggle.

We installed the spinner swing on our deck pergola for our 1 year old daughter. She loves it! It is solidly built, easy to assemble and free from hard and sharp bits. We use a blanket to make the rope more comfortable for her to lie on and used some lifting straps to extend the length as our pergola is quite high. We even gently rock our 4 month old on it on nice days. I chose this based on the cost and I am really happy with the quality. With care I'm sure it will last them for as long as our kids want to play on it and I am sure that we will move it to a tree in a few years once they get older and able to play on it unsupervised.

Won't last long - black padding peeling off

I purchased this swing a couple months ago and the black soft lining around the metal ring is already peeling up. I have two children who have used it - but it is used primarily by my 3 year old who loves it. However, it won't last long - at least not the padding around the ring. We will be lucky if the padding remains the rest of the summer/fall seasons. However, my kids have gotten a lot of use out of it. I will have to look into re-padding it or throwing it away and looking into a more sturdier version.
