This is my go-to shoe for longer runs

I've run in Mizunos for years, starting with the Wave Precision (many models), then the Sayanara, and now the Shadow. The Shadow is a pretty good continuation of the Sayanara. Personally, I think there is a bit less cushioning under the arch (compared to the Sayanara), but all in all, this is a great shoe. Lightweight and flexible.

It’s a decent shoe. Feels a bit shallow, not nearly as supportive as the old Wave Riders. The part in the front where the bottom wraps up almost over the toes is already peeling off.
