Cascade Mountain Tech Trekking Poles Carbon

Ordered these for a trip to Greece. Unfortunately, didn’t try to use them until I was at the bottom of the Acropolis beginning my climb. Sections would not lock in place. Funny thing is I ordered two sets-each set had a different locking technique. The failed assembly would not lock the sections in place. My wife and I managed the climb with one stick a piece from the good set. Ended up buying another set from an outfitter in Athens to complete more trekking. Naturally, I’m past the return window. But your vendor (Cascade Mountain Tech) needs to know that they have a problem which caused me much frustration and inconvenience, in Greece no less. I still have them if you want them back…. Just don’t attempt to use them.
