TruGlo Tritium Pro Glow Handgun Glock

The machining and finish is very nice with a nice visible orange sight ring around the front sight Tritium dot and an anti-glare ridged texture on the shooter side of the sights. The package (both Amazon packaging and the manufacturer’s plastic clam shell packaging) arrived non-damaged. However, prior to mounting on your pistol, I would be sure to check the Tritium dots under low light conditions to see if they all illuminate properly. On the set I received, the right sideTritium dot on the rear sight did not illuminate (the other two, the front and left side rear sight dots, were nice and bright). When I looked up how to return the defective items, I noticed that the product page stated that this item was non-returnable due to “transportation regulation” (not sure how it was able to be shipped to me in the first place if it was a “regulated” item, but that’s a different issue 😆). It was admittedly my fault that I did not notice this when I originally ordered the sights but that being said, I still do not understand the rationale behind this. With one of the Tritium dots not illuminating, this sight is completely useless. I then noticed that the drop down menu starting that this item was not returnable stated that a photograph of the defect should be sent in in order to facilitate a return or refund. I went ahead and did this (see attached photos) but I did not see where in the return process that I could upload these photos. Luckily, by contacting Amazon Customer Service, they help to facilitate a refund (I did not wish to take the chance on a replacement as I was concerned of a repeat problem and was concerned that even if the sights worked initially, whether they would hold up under repeated recoil stresses. Anyway, I thought it would be helpful to post a review along with the defect photographs I took and labelled. Looks like these would be great RDS coincident sights or good suppressor compatible sights if you could count on them working. Amazon Customer Service gets 10 stars for helping me get a refund. As for the product, 1 star due to QC or lack thereof.
