Got for my 93 year old aunt! She loves it and it is her second one! Very comfortable! Washable cover ! Excellent quality materials though out!!

I lost my pillow in the airport and so I purchased this one to replace it. This was very comfortable and had the one feature that I wished I had on the old pillow, a removeable cover for washing Imagine my surprise when I went to remove the cover and discovered you had to pull out all the filling. It should have a liner holding the fill. Now when I try to replace the filling I can't get it back in the same places so the density varies and it's not as comfortable. A simple fix that would make this pillow superior.
