Slippery Racer Downhill Falcon Foam Sled

I bought this in hopes that it would actually be better than the last one that I bought for my daughter. She wanted another 2 person sled, and from the description, this one seemed okay. When I took it out of the packaging, the plugs that attach the handles to the sled that are usually recessed into the board, are fully exposed on the bottom, which causes drag on the underside of the board. They also came with thin foam "pads" attached to each one of the plugs, for what reason, is still a mystery to me. We removed them and headed to the hill. First time out my daughter used the board, one of the handles broke. Upside, we eliminated one of the plugs that cause drag on the hill. Downside, no way to hang onto the sled on one side. If your child is snow covered, the top side of the board is very slippery, and causes the person to slide off the board on the way down the hill! So apparently the title of the snowboard doesn't lie, it just lies about which side is slippery! Bottom line, poorly designed, poor quality, it is a piece of garbage that I wish I hadn't spent $40 on in the first place. Extremely disappointing! Unfortunately there were no reviews to this product before I purchased it, but I would imagine there will be several like this one if others actually purchased.
