Perfect Treadmill for Limited Space

One Month Update: Still loving this treadmill that works great and keeps me out of the Texas Heat and Mosquitos from all the rain we have had! Great Product - and thrilled to have such an affordable piece of equipment that works like an expensive unitAfter deciding not to get a full treadmill, I read about dozens of these smaller units that are portable but strong. I ended up going with the Sunny Fit and it only took 2 days to arrive. I live in the middle of the woods on 286 acres, so shocked it arrived so soon. I was able to put it together myself and my husband was shocked. Oiled it and checked the belt. It’s so quiet and I was surprised by that. I downloaded the app on my phone, IPad and TV. I could not believe that I can turn on TV and start app and I’m walking in far off country sides😎I mostly wanted this because all the rain has flooded our area with mosquitoes and the Texas summer is being predicted to be bad again this year.I will update in one month, so I’ll see you in early June to update how it is working out.

Customer support is terrible

I received the treadmill on December 28. It came with a knob broken. I immediately contacted customer support. I have sent in all requested information which was a lot. They still have not sent replacement knob. This knob is used to hold treadmill in upright position. I need it to fold because I have grandchildren and they will play on it and get hurt. Also I live in a small space and need it to fold up out of the way when not in use. Customer support could send a simple knob. Very disappointed with customer support. Can’t imagine if something more serious were wrong with it. . I did have problems lining up the belt but after many attempts think I have it. The treadmill is small so you have to watch how far back you step on it. Does run quietly. I bought it to use on days when I can not walk outside. It is working great for what I need it for. Very simple to use and set up was easy. Three stars due to customer support.
