Poor customer service

The product assembled easily. However it is missing the tote bag. When I called to report the missing part and asked for a replacement, they said the bag was not available. They said to either return the product to Amazon and buy another or file a warranty claim with Shelterlogic. They seem to be aware that their products are shipping without the tote bags. There is also nowhere on the shelterlogic website to file warranty claims for Rio Beach products, so I sent them a general inquiry. Thus far, this is poor customer service.
