Love the boot- don’t love it used

I love Bailey Bow Uggs for the ease of putting them on, unlike the regular boot, and the bow is such a pretty touch. I wear a size 8/ 8.5 and ordered a 9, which is perfect for wearing socks underneath. BUT, these boots , though packed as though they were new, were obviously used. Very disappointing.
