Well Built very sturdy

This machine it’s well built, easy to assemble, easy to take apart to fold up and store, I keep mine out and it does take up some space so make sure you have the room for it , the massage pad isn’t very comfortable on the unit so I use it in my chair it does come off and on. I also like that it has extra straps for your ankles to keep you from sliding, but I wear my shoes so they keep me in place as it does keep you in place once you pull the lock lever in place. Yes this is a great investment I have a lot of back issues and I only use this a couple days a week for Two to three minutes and it’s enough to relieve the pain. I would recommend getting this one.

What were they thinking
By Filiep Samyn on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2022
After cutting the box open on 3 sides still could not get the frame out because it was taped with 6 pieces of clear tape to the inside of the box. Really? Then all bolts/nuts/washers were inserted (nice touch to check if everything was there); however one bag had a loose bolt/washer/nut. The outside instructions were glued close with a heavy glue line; we had to rip the thing apart. Then there was an extra sheet with instructions for the ankle straps but the picture for the left ankle strap (ring inside) was different from the right ankle strap (ring outside). The provided wrenches are useless so get a 13mm open box wrench and a hex one same size unless you enjoy stripping the skin off your fingers. These were just some minor inconveniences and the assembly was easy and straightforward….up till the back vibrating cushion. There was absolutely NO way to connect the straps (way too short). I then removed the back rest so that I could slide the straps in behind to gain about 1/2 inch. Well even with that workaround I had to use all my strength (with the straps fully extended) to make the latches snap in. Does someone tries this out or do they have a good chuckle knowing that customers will get aggravated because the straps are about 2 inches too short. The mechanical setup is sturdy but the above problems do not allow me to recommend this product.
