Great Bike
By Danielle on Reviewed in the United States on August 27, 2020
Just received yesterday, here are initial thoughts: Pros: -Customer service super responsive and very helpful -Hardware nicely labeled -Bike feels well made, fairly sturdy. It does wobble a little when I get on and off, but holding the handles helps. -Laptop belt keeps my work computer secure. -The tray table doesn’t wobble while pedaling, feels solid. Will test whether my coworkers can tell in our virtual meetings when I’m pedaling. -Tray table is well-positioned and easy for me to reach and get work done while pedaling. My wrists do get a little tired from resting on the tray after I’ve been using it for a while. -Absolutely quiet— it makes almost no noise at all -Very easy to fold up. It is pretty heavy, so harder to move around the house, but the wheels do help. Would not attempt to take it up/down stairs. Cons: -I wish the seat went down just a little farther since I’m pretty short (5’4”). Since I use a back pillow that helps move me forward. Otherwise, I either have to pedal with the balls of my feet, or sit forward in the chair and not use the backrest. -The seat cushion will make your rear numb in about 20 minutes. Strongly recommend buying a cushion to sit on. -The resistance knob seems to be reversed as the lowest tension setting is actually the one that requires most exertion. It’s a decent level of toughness for me, but would not challenge a seasoned cyclist or athlete. -The tray table should be just a bit bigger. I have a small laptop and it nudges up against my drink when I use the cup holder. -When it’s folded, I have to prop it up against something so it doesn’t fall over and crush my cat. There was one small hiccup with assembly. The cord for the sensor had fallen down inside the metal post that holds the desk. It’s supposed to have a socket on the front that you connect the monitor to. With a little guidance from customer support, I was able to get it fixed. I had to take off the tray table, use a wire hanger to fish the sensor wire out since it had fallen down into the base of the metal post, lever off the bit of rubber covering the hole the sensor is supposed to rest in, and then push the socket through. I ended up taping the sensor socket to the metal post rather than trying to use the rubber fixture it’s supposed to sit in—it didn’t seem to hold very securely and I didn’t want the wire to fall back down and have to go through this again. Customer service did offer to replace the part for me, but I didn’t feel like re-assembling the whole thing again just for one little sensor wire. It works just fine now. The taped socket may look a little silly, but I’m more concerned with fitting into my nice dress pants again than I am with how the bike looks :)

Update. Love my new bike
By Amazon Customer on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2021
I got this delivered early. I put it all together and the last thing to hook up is the fitness tracker to the main frame I went to plug it in and all there was was a hole and no connection for the plug. Very disappointed I’ve tried to contact the seller but haven’t received a response yet. Will update when I do. Update. Customer service was great told me what happens during transit and how to fix the problem. My fitness monitor works great!!! I love my bike!!!
