Box came dented in the corner, yet did not affect the quality of the product. The frame seems fragile/brittle, like twisting the frame would break it.

They just come in a soft pouch which is disappointing given the very high price. By way of contrast, my much cheaper ones that arrived at the same time came along with a hard case, a soft pouch, a cleaning cloth, and a little frame for prescription lenses.
