This was such a great buy. I use this wheel to really stretch and get into hard to reach tight areas. It's sturdy and holds up pretty well when putting all my weight on the wheel. Excellent Purchase and great price.

Sturdy

Firstly, this thing is very sturdy. With it being plastic I thought for sure I would be too heavy for it, at 215 pounds. It didn't even bend. So I am very impressed by how strong it is. With that said, it needs more padding. It could just be how my body is built but it caused pain in between my shoulder blades because the edges of the wheel are exposed plastic. Maybe for someone with less broad shoulders it would be okay, but for me it was too much. Did great at cracking my upper back and opened my chest, I felt 5 inches taller when got up. The only down side is the padding/and or width of it. Maybe I'll look into different sizes of them.
