LuxFit Extra Firm Speckled Foam Roller

Upon shipment, the seller sent an e-mail with attached suggestions for use. A nice and helpful touch for what would seem to be a cheap and simple product. The foam roller is appropriately dense. It has seen use on carpet, yoga mats, hardwood, and tile alike and seems to be holding together very well, as none of the foam has flaked or chipped off. The foam has rows of clustered textured dots that I assume are for traction on the surface you're rolling on, but ultimately I feel they're more decorative than anything, as the foam itself provides sufficient friction. Good product, simple and effective.
