Evlution Nutrition ENGN Pre-Workout

I was disappointed to hear that my go to pre-workout 360 was discontinued. One of my favorite flavors has always been grape, so I thought to try this one. I was taking Beyond raw lit, And slowly weaning myself into it with half a scoop. But that pre-workout left me feeling tingly for 5 to 10 minutes, And overall more of an off feeling than focused and energetic. And the crash was horrible. I took this pre-workout for the first time yesterday and took a full scoop. I took thought with about two classes of water. The taste was OK, I don’t typically expect to enjoy pre-work out but rather tolerate. I could definitely stomach it and it wasn’t dreadful. I have really struggled with my motivation, and consistently holding focus and energy. I try to run for an hour before work, And I noticed the immediate difference with this pre-workout. I feel incredibly focused, motivated and found myself running more than walking. I didn’t experience the caffeine high, or extreme energy that makes you nauseous, or tingling. And yet I still had lots of energy and focus that carried me through my day. I will be trying this product again and so far can say I am extremely happy with my purchase One week into taking this pre workout, my energy levels and motivation has started to drop. It does feel like it’s having less of an affect for sure, but most importantly I noticed it always triggers an upset stomach. I like to wakeup and have my cup of water by me, mix and get ready to run in 20 minutes or so. But it feels like I literally have to always block time to have an upset stomach which is annoying and partly concerning. I have been eating very clean for over a week, very limited carbs, nothing other than water and protein shakes, and just clean eating. I am returning because it really has been hurting my stomach. It’s worth a try to everyone, just didn’t quite work out for me
