Barnett Archery Tru Bark EVA Crossbow Case

I loved it when it first arrived and it fits my new Whitetail Hunter II crossbow correctly. Overall it's a good design with one fatal flaw. The only thing about the design that seemed like a potential problem was the wimpy zippers. On the 4th pull, one of the super cheap pot metal zippers broke. The other zipper the pull tab bent on the second pull. There is no practical way to replace the broken zipper, no markings on it to know what replacement to order, and no way to get a new one on even if I knew the size due to the way is sewed on. Needless to say, a replacement case will be no better, so returning this to Amazon since Barnett doesn't respond to emails. Barnett took forever to respond to my email about the crossbow and still haven't responded to the email about this case. Why Barnett can't have the factory in China install high quality YKK zippers on such a product is disgusting. Spend the extra nickel. This case has so much potential but will never survive the actual hard use a hunter puts his equipment through.
