UGG Women's Classic Short Ii Boot, Sand,

I ordered a pair of Ugg classic short boots in black - size 12 US /43 EU. Opened the box, tried on the boots and noticed that they were enormous on my feet. I’ve owned 4 pairs over the years in the same exact size so I know how they feel. I checked the size tag inside the boots and noticed the tag said “12 USA / 45 EU” which explains why they felt large. I looked at the box and the label and bar code said 12/43 & 190108096590. Confirmed this on the Ugg website and another big box retailer. It appears it was boxed incorrectly by Ugg. So returning this mixup and actually going to a big box retailer tomorrow during lunch. I will visually make sure the correct size and boots are the same. Quality control is going down with everything, including boxing. As it appears it’s Uggs mistake, not Amazon’s. I included pictures of the box label and boot tag. Really weird.
