I bought this to help me with my physical therapy, and it delivered. It helped my pain tremendously and cracked my back effortlessly. It is worth the money! The size is perfect with the grooves. Best one out there.

Psoas not to injure myself

I’m not sure what to think of rollga. It is very hard and almost painful at times to use, at least for the first few times. I bought this after seeing a YouTube video by rollga using this for psoas release after I recently injured my hip flexor. I received the rollga and did the psoas release with the rollga as depicted on YouTube and got some relief and hip mobility back. Now two days later, that YouTube video is taken down and I’m wondering why. I hope I’m not at risk of injuring myself by continuing to use those techniques but feel I’m owed an explanation as I bought this for that particular purpose.
