I ordered this product several months ago because they have this very same roller at my gym. I fell in love with it and the amazing back massage I get while using it. I am able to target my upper back and my shoulders. Truly is a great product. It’s super sturdy and a great size regardless of your weight. Will definitely be ordering another as a gift for a friend. It is worth the money especially when it offers such amazing back relief.

Psoas not to injure myself

I’m not sure what to think of rollga. It is very hard and almost painful at times to use, at least for the first few times. I bought this after seeing a YouTube video by rollga using this for psoas release after I recently injured my hip flexor. I received the rollga and did the psoas release with the rollga as depicted on YouTube and got some relief and hip mobility back. Now two days later, that YouTube video is taken down and I’m wondering why. I hope I’m not at risk of injuring myself by continuing to use those techniques but feel I’m owed an explanation as I bought this for that particular purpose.
